Urbint is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive efficiency and improve visibility across Urbint's sales and marketing organizations.

We're looking for a person who thinks strategically, thrives on data, works well with ambiguity, and is willing to dive into the details to execute.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business systems that collect our data
  • Establish and maintain best practices in data management, cleanliness, completeness and accuracy
  • Act as a key contributor on high-priority strategic initiatives and process changes
  • Optimize the company’s digital CRM (Salesforce.com) to ensure there is clear and effective communication and documentation of customer data and information
  • Generate repeatable, 'single source of truth' reporting for key funnel metrics (including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel, and conversion rates)
  • Partner with go-to-market leadership to package and deliver key metrics on a recurring basis
  • Track, analyze and report data to help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process.
  • Interact with all levels of the sales team. Help with training, onboarding and mentoring.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to build a lead qualification process, arrange email campaigns and share information to create sales enablement materials
  • Work alongside the product team to develop and implement pricing policy for Urbint products and services
  • Constantly improve the communication between Sales, Marketing and Executive functions
  • Coordinate RFx responses to ensure submissions are completely properly and on-time
  • Coordinate and occasionally lead sales cadence meetings

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing operations, consulting, or business/finance.
  • Business acumen and interpersonal skills to develop cross-functional relationships
  • Strong ability to tell a story using data that drives a business outcome
  • Self-starter with personal drive and the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a hyper-growth, startup environment
  • Strong ability to understand how process, systems, and data relate to each other
  • Experience integrating and managing sales and marketing technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Background in B2B SaaS/tech/start-up, or consulting; utility industry experience a plus
  • Email cadencing tool (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, MixMax, etc.)
  • Ability to work cooperatively with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate.
  • Ability to prioritize - experience managing projects with competing deadlines.
  • Keen analytical skills - ability to break down a problem into its core parts; identifying implications, timeframes, and sequences.
  • Reference for certifications (and / or advanced prior experience) working with key business systems, including Salesforce
