An Insider's view of FINN

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

The FINN team definitely embodies "work hard, play harder"! While the work day itself is always active, it's widely understood and valued that everyone has lives outside of work, and the team is very flexible about accommodating those different schedules and commitments. This allows me to teach pilates part-time on weekday evenings!

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

At FINN we are a new business in the world’s largest car market, scaling and growing at a rapid pace, so innovation is key to staying ahead of the game. We train all our staff from top to bottom in “no-code” automation tools so teams can build the tools they need themselves and quickly figure out what works and what doesn't!
