ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible is seeking an experienced financial analyst with financial modeling experience to help support the product management organization. The ideal candidate is consumer-focused, enjoys working on complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills as a finance business partner supporting the global product team to drive key analysis that will be incorporated into global product launches.
You will provide compelling and well-researched analysis for use in shaping strategic decisions. This role will provide you with an excellent understanding of the product organization through its exposure to all aspects of the consumer product portfolio and the key drivers for acquisition, retention, and engagement. Essential to your success in this role is your ability to see patterns and solutions from a high volume of data, experience working across high-performing, fast-paced teams, and comfort presenting key findings.
As a Product Financial Business Partner Manager, you will...

  • Help support product vision by driving analysis that will inform business decisions for overall business growth and transformation.
  • Assist on the development and analysis of Product initiatives though detailed revenue sizing and KPI outputs.
  • Deliver analytics projects and create business models driving key insights for making critical business decisions across all Amazon facing product initiatives.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the relationship between Product Initiatives and how they impact acquisition, retention, engagement and the overall business; understand and analyze related market & channel trends.
  • Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence efforts supporting Product.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key department personnel, including, Product team members, business intelligence teams and Amazon finance counterparts.
  • Be prepared to discuss and present the financial forecast to an audience of senior executives across the organization.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a financial planning / strategic advisory (Consulting or Investment Banking)/ operations analysis position.
  • Experience with financial systems such a Cognos TM1 or Hyperion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, executive management and other critical stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
