Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to support our financial forecasting, strategic business planning, investor and board reporting, and data analytics capabilities – all while managing the day-to-day financial operations of a high-growth fintech company. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will offer continuous learning and growth opportunities as the company scales rapidly.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

• Manage the company’s operating model
• Coordinate cross-functionally for expense and headcount planning
• Manage platform transaction volume across asset classes for revenue calculation and reporting
• Partner with People Operations on HRIS data, headcount tracking and workforce analytics
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close processes and forecast variances
• Track monthly cash flow and drive accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support annual audit workflow
• Ad hoc financial models and presentations to support strategic planning, investor reporting, board materials, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in investment banking, high-growth corporate finance, or private equity
• Bachelor’s degree demonstrating excellent academic performance
• Excel and PowerPoint “power user” with ability to analyze large data sets
• Outstanding financial modeling and strong understanding of GAAP financial statements
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and switch gears in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech or broker-dealer space
• Experience with NetSuite or Quickbooks
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Lookr
