Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Growth Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our company's expansion initiatives by identifying new markets, promoting our products in new geographies, and working on new verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of owning projects, delivering results, and maintaining a high level of accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the founders, you will be responsible for identifying and owning end-to-end execution of new business opportunities, markets, and verticals for company growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and verticals for company growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our products and services into new geographies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market entry strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
  • Own projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Monitor and report on progress, challenges, and results of new business initiatives.
  • Foster a solutions-oriented mindset and maintain a positive attitude, never saying "it's not my job."

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in owning projects and delivering results, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
