The Role:

Rocketrip is looking for an innovative and charismatic marketing leader to define and grow our presence in the industry and drive our business forward. This is an opportunity to play a key role in an emerging category that is capturing the attention of some of the world’s most established and innovative companies. This role will report directly into our CEO, and will be responsible for managing all areas of our marketing function.
What you'll do:
  • Own and develop our brand presence and strategy, including website, content, social, design and PR
  • Manage marketing team members across demand generation, content marketing, branding, and design
  • Act as a true partner to our CRO, driving new customer acquisition strategies to increase and exceed marketing qualified lead quotas
  • Own the communications and PR strategy, directing the work of our PR agency
  • Evaluate and refine our marketing efforts based on metrics and goals
  • Manage the marketing budget
You should have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including experience building a brand and go-to-market strategies
  • 1+ years in a B2B marketing leadership role B2B / SaaS marketing experience
  • A proven track record of running a successful data-driven lead generation effort
  • A strategic, analytical, and creative mindset Leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve strategic goals
