JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT INTERN

LOCATION: NEW YORK, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing pre-sale support by assisting the Brand Solutions and Client Strategy teams in creating media plans for pitches/new business
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and help the teams to build re-up strategy
  • Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering direct campaigns:

    1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all campaign execution and management matters
    2. Liaison with internal teams for campaigns execution and monitoring
    3. Daily campaign delivery and discrepancy check
    4. Analyze campaign performance issues/success
    5. Weekly campaign analysis and reporting
    6. Own Salesforce as the central repository for account information
    7. Post campaign analysis and recommendations in the form of case studies or PCRs

  • Strategizing and executing house/internal campaigns:

    1. Strategizing topical, content or product house campaigns
    2. Liaison with internal teams for campaigns execution and monitoring
    3. Own house ads as one point of contact

  • Providing analytical and strategic insights:​

    1. Strategizing ad properties alongside the Ad Product strategy team
    2. Devise ad properties KPIs and insights and provide outcomes based on learnings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in progress or recently completed
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client facing or sales planning role with a media agency, media owner/publisher
  • Deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure performance of Digital, TV, Radio and Programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Highly customer oriented with attested ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills and abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to get high-quality projects done quickly
  • Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
