We are looking for a Clinical Communications & Ops Intern who is a team player, detail oriented, and a strong writer, to come join us in our NYC Headquarters. They will provide administrative support to the Network team. This role will perform tasks to assist with communications, qualitative survey coding, and process improvement tasks.

About this role:

• Assisting with communications to providers; Drafting/editing newsletters, writing resolution letters to formal complaints and feedback letters from providers, and helping the team with other mass communications to a network of more than 4000 therapists (feature/policy updates, etc.)
• Qualitative Survey Coding & Analysis; coding open-ended questions and understanding trends of Satisfaction Survey results
• Help the team with Licensing tasks (supporting with MD state license applications)
• Propose process improvement initiatives
• Assist with operating existing process improvement initiative
• Assists with data entry
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Commit to 20 hours per week for a 3-4 month internship (start date and schedule flexible)
• Must be a currently enrolled student in an accredited undergraduate program
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Unafraid to ask questions and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff
• Strong writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Superior Organizational Skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft suite, Google suite, and Dropbox
