Artivest is seeking an IT Support Intern to join its Technology team. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team and work with leading financial sector professionals. You must have excellent judgment, exceptional communication skills, and handle projects with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for technical computing issues under the supervision of IT management
• Set up and secure MacBooks and PCs for all staff
• Maintain and configure Active Directory profiles and Mobile Device Management services
• Install, configure, and maintain both cloud-based and local software
• Help implement and enforce IT policies
• Render support to VoIP and video conferencing solutions

Requirements

• An aspiring IT professional, patient and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to help the company and individual team members
• Interested in the latest technologies and software solutions
• Security-focused and systematic in your processes
• An excellent communicator, able to explain IT processes to the internal team and external parties as needed

Experience

• 1 year of experience in Information Technology
• Handled user equipment with both Windows and Apple operating systems
• Secured networks, PCs, and mobile devices
• Provided hands-on IT support for a small to mid-sized user base
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard protocols and supporting an internal network a plus
