ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Reonomy’s Market Analyst, you'll partner with the Reonomy Research team to leverage our substantial Commercial Real Estate (CRE) dataset to generate original insights and help produce high-quality thought leadership content. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally on various research projects and present findings to colleagues, management, clients, and the media. This is an exciting hands-on learning opportunity where you will sharpen your data skills working extensively with Reonomy's data and other sources to clean, analyze, interpret, and present findings.

Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with Reonomy’s Market Analyst to gather, clean, and analyze Reonomy’s Commercial Real Estate data to find valuable insights and support original thought leadership content
• Prepare explanations of data and insights to fulfill requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on industry enablement initiatives and Reonomy Research projects
• Research, track and communicate CRE industry news and market developments

ABOUT YOU:

• 1 year of relevant experience or internship in a similar role
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate industry and data
• Data driven professional with experience or course work in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Python)
• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong writing, quantitative, and research skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor when presenting to internal stakeholders, clients, and the media
