Artivest is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative Marketing Design Intern to join our team in New York. Working closely with our Marketing and Design teams, you will contribute to transforming the way wealth managers and investors identify, access, and invest in institutional-grade private alternative strategies, including private equity, hedge funds, managed futures, and real assets.

Artivest provides a technology-driven investment platform for fund managers, wealth managers, independent advisors, and qualified individual investors. Our technological, financial, and operational expertise powers a seamless experience for investors and a scalable point of access for our enterprise clients. The asset management division of Artivest, formerly known as Altegris, is an investment research provider with deep expertise in alternative manager selection, structuring unique solutions, and providing portfolio management and oversight. Our broker-dealer affiliate distributes our products to wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and directly to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Currently our advisory affiliate manages over $2.4 billion in assets.

What You’ll Do

• Provide production support and coordination across a variety of projects including web pages, email, and social media, as well as more traditional marketing materials like presentations, branded print collateral, and signage for events.
• Work on content, data, and project entries using the Firm’s CMS
• Adhere to Artivest brand guidelines and design standards
• Ensure consistency across multiple marketing channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during creative/marketing meetings
• Contribute creatively to projects from concept to production-ready assets
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Other assigned tasks as needed

Who You Are

• Marketing, Communications, or Design Major
• Strong ability to:
  • Work on multiple projects and think big while maintaining attention to detail
  • Quickly learn to operate new products and features
  • Take direction and absorb information quickly, as well as work independently
• Proficient in:
  • Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Not required, but a plus if you have:
  • Web/product design software knowledge (Sketch, InVision. Etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Copywriting experience
  • Interest in branding and corporate identity
  • A portfolio of graphic design work
