We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and organized college student who is passionate about People Operations!

As a People Operations Intern, you will gain valuable recruiting experience as you assist with ongoing projects and daily activities. You will provide administrative support by managing job posts and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities:
• Manage job posts in Greenhouse and externally to various career sites
• Coordinate, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring teams, and executives
• Provide excellent candidate experience
• Manage other special projects/assignments as needed

Qualifications
• Currently a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Interested in recruiting as a career
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office & G Suite
• Previous experience with an applicant tracking system a strong plus
