WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Braze is looking for a Product Marketing Intern to research and build collateral for our robust customer journey management tool, Canvas!
We’re looking for a curious and enthusiastic intern to own this project. This intern would be responsible for helping us understand how our customers are using this product, and what use cases are working best. It will be a mix of research, analysis, packaging up all the insights you’ve gleaned to present to key stakeholders, and then building reusable collateral and assets to address the insights and improve product adoption. The Product Marketing team is cross-functional, working across the organization with Marketing, Product, Success, and Sales. So if you’re interested in working at a technology or SaaS company in the future this role would be a great way to see how everything comes together!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify how Braze customers are using this product.
- Use data to understand which use cases are resonating with consumers and uncover trends.
- Talk with our customers and cross-functional team members to gain more qualitative insights.
- Package up your insights.
- Present your findings to internal teams.
- Create visual assets to support our customers on their product adoption journey.
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and conduct research meetings with external clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Metrics-driven. Familiar with data visualization tools like Looker and able to whip up a quick pivot table in Excel.
