What you’ll do

This role will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Revenue Operations within DoubleVerify’s sales organization across a variety of business critical projects. This role is a 6-week, full-time, virtual engagement that runs from July 6th- August 14th, 2020.

  1. Salesforce.com & Marketo Lead Generation Process
    1. Work with the Training & Development team to develop and improve upon the documentation we have in place on this process
    2. Assist with the training of the sales organization on our lead generation management process
    3. Gather and organize feedback from the marketing and sales teams that will be used to further develop our lead generation program
    4. Work on Salesforce.com contact cleanliness with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve our outbound marketing communications
  2. Salesforce.com Redesign for Sales
    1. Gather and organize feedback from the global sales team that will be used in our development of new Salesforce.com processes, reports and dashboards with the aim of (1) reducing a seller’s time spent in SFDC on admin related tasks (2) improving the ease at which a seller can update SFDC with relevant, valuable information and (3) ensuring each seller has a clear understanding of their own performance against their goal at any moment in time
    2. Serve as the lead from the Sales Organization for user testing of new SFDC rollouts
    3. Assist with the investigation, evaluation and assessment of business tools related to sales forecasting, pipeline management and business intelligence reporting
  3. Sales Training & Development
    1. Serve as the training coordinator for all new sales training programs: scheduling training sessions, ensuring training materials are ready and appropriate for the audience, and assisting with any questions
    2. Record and analyze requests from sales managers around the development of additional training materials and training programs
    3. Own and manage the creation, rollout and training of new sales training and onboarding materials that will be vitally important to the success of the DV sales team

Who you are

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or adverting

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in consolidating feedback across functional teams and documenting detailed requirements
  • Data driven and hungry to step up and create and analyze reports that will help us make better policies and processes for the sales organization
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and collaboration skills
  • Experienced in leading training sessions, with preferred experience in providing technical or process-focused trainings
  • You excel when it comes to balancing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice to have

  • Experience working in and pulling reports from Salesforce.com
  • Analytical, Marketing and/or Operations related internships in the past
  • Interest in understanding business value behind processes
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes and experience working with a sales organization
