Sales Operations Intern

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work closely with our Sales Operations, Sales, and Business Development teams on sales data management initiatives
- Collect and enter sales data into our CRM to improve our tracking of sales metrics and performance
- Use sales data to produce weekly reporting and analytics to guide sales assignments, track our pipeline, and measure & improve sales performance
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements
THE RIGHT STUFF:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Highly organized and works hard and smart with attention to detail
- Process-oriented, data-driven and tech-forward
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
- Collaborative approach and team player mentality
- Self-driven, motivated and results driven
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of the venture capital and larger financial services industry
- Experience with or interest in SQL, Kibana, Asana, and Salesforce
