We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of LLMs that drive our innovative AI telephony platform. This role involves working with open-source language models, optimizing for low latency, and ensuring seamless integration with telecommunication protocols.

What you’ll do:

• Thoughtly is the only no-code solution for building advanced AI phone agents. Turning our no-code workflow into LLM prompts is a fun problem to solve– and we’d love your help making it even better!
• Develop and maintain advanced machine learning models, deployed on Predibase.
• Optimize AI interactions for real-time communication and low latency.

Qualifications:

• Experience with fine-tuning machine learning frameworks (e.g., Mistral, OpenAI).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
