We are looking for a driven, copy-writing focused intern to join the marketing team at OpenX. This role will work collaboratively across the marketing team on a variety of projects and initiatives, and provide the candidate with hands-on experience in B2B marketing and advertising technology. Key responsibilities include content development across one-sheets, decks, social, and thought leadership and working with the larger OpenX marketing team to support lead-gen campaigns. Contributors in this role also have the opportunity to pick select areas of marketing to explore further (marketing operations, content marketing, social media marketing, etc.), and work closely with another member of the team to expand their knowledge and experience in that area.

This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer of 2024, based in New York. 

What You Will Do:

• Copywriting and editing content 
• Working with integrated marketing and product marketing 
• Supporting international teams in customized content development 
• Deck, slide, and one-sheet creation for various teams across the company
• Social media support 
• Email content execution and support

What You Will Bring:

• Candidates who have recently graduated or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (liberal arts degrees welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong writer with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and the willingness to not shy away from analytics and raw data
• Passion for technology or advertising/media industry
• Proactive, flexible, willing to jump in where needed, and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Experience using Google Docs and building presentations in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint
