Responsibilities

  • Report to and collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing to create brand marketing tools and assets
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation or coordination with vendors.
  • Own designing and purchasing of swag marketing items.
  • Track the marketing budget and assure that spending on marketing tools is justified.
  • Conduct market research around finding potential brand partnerships
  • Schedule and assist in planning marketing and brand building events.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-5 years brand/content marketing experience with a portfolio of demonstrable success.
  • Experience developing visual and strategic brand marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Interest and experience in women’s health and/or healthcare facilities
  • Creative mindset with experience developing visually innovative marketing tools.
  • Results driven individual that demonstrates strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility
  • Proven ability to partner across the organization and provide thought leadership and strategy execution within the design sphere.
  • Excellent oral, visual, and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style, detail- and goal- oriented, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking aptitude, constant learning, self-motivation, and discipline.
  • Strong relationship building and people coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
