About the job
Spruce is looking for an ambitious B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to create compelling marketing campaigns targeted at our key segments (lenders, brokers, buyers and proptech cos) as well as current clients.
What you'll do
- Support Marketing Manager in expanding our demand generation activities: outbound campaigns in collaboration with sales, inbound campaigns, paid marketing, SEM/SEO strategies, events, and social media
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to help create a comprehensive knowledge base for existing clients, as well as targeted product marketing campaigns
- Work with the Design team to produce compelling, on-brand B2B Marketing collateral - case studies, blog posts, product marketing launches, landing pages, etc.
- Help with coordination and production of both in-person and virtual events
- Write informative and empowering on-brand copy
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the title insurance industry, client pain points, and consumer experience through research and competitive analysis
What we're looking for
- Proven success in a B2B marketing environment, including experience with demand generation, product marketing, and digital events
- Effective written, verbal, and public presentation skills to a variety of audiences
- Active listener & trend-identifier that is motivated by curiosity and eager to learn our business
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally. Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders in sales, client success, product, etc.
- Title experience is not required, but a background or interest in the proptech or real estate space is preferred.
