Job Overview:


The Branding Specialist will report to the VP, Corporate Marketing and is responsible for Contentsquare brand management & support.


The Branding Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all brand assets and key tier 1 marketing programs are promoted to key stakeholders. This would include the development of relevant reports to key stakeholders that clearly qualifies the objectives, tactics and results of these campaigns and activities. In addition, the Branding Specialist would also be responsible for our employee Brand Ambassador Program and would work in close partnership with internal communications, marketing and leadership teams to uplift the brand, drive awareness, and promote our company values. The Brand Ambassador program is designed to create stronger awareness of who we are by empowering employees and tribes across Contentsquare to become advocates.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop a cadence of marketing related reports for key stakeholders that are designed to elevate awareness and engagement of tier 1 campaigns and assets. Execute and manage these reports across our key geographies to maintain frequency
  • Manage our ongoing Ambassador Program to ensure that the program remains fresh and current, and that the ambassadors are fully engaged in evangelizing Contentsquare.
  • Ensure metrics are in place to demonstrate the value of the programs, and particularly where TQL’s can be linked to social campaigns as part of the reporting.
  • Work closely with People & Recruiting teams and department leaders to understand our talent needs and recruiting challenges, in order to run effective recruiting/hiring campaigns
  • Identify and apply to employer awards and lists that recognize Contentsquare as a top workplace, including managing any related internal surveys for these awards 
  • Help measure the impact and reach of our branded awareness and employer branding activities/traction in the market
  • Drive internal awareness and engagement with our brand marketing efforts, ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across channels and activities
  • Provide regular reports to senior marketing leaders.
  • Support and provide insights for the weekly CMO video.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of relevant communications and social media experience
  • A degree in communications or similar is highly desirable
  • Strong written, communication, creative thinking and project management skills
  • B2B, SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience in owning and building campaigns
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves with a tenacious approach to getting our story told
  • 100% target-oriented and resourceful, with a positive, flexible mindset
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
