The YouVisit Marketing team is responsible for promoting one of the most disruptive immersive media technologies in the world. Our work has changed the way colleges, travel destinations, hotels and corporations communicate with their customers. YouVisit’s proprietary Aria platform delivers immersive 360° media across mobile, desktop, and VR for clients like Harvard University, Hilton Hotels, Accenture, and Microsoft.

As we add to our 600+ client roster, we are looking to bring on a CRM and Retention marketing manager that can help us scale our marketing programs and infrastructure through the next stage of growth. The CRM and Retention marketing manager will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing architecture that will help us add new clients and retain old ones.The right candidate will have to be highly analytical and strategic, with database and marketing automation proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own, optimize and integrate B2B marketing technology stack for optimal performance to achieve the “best in class” marketing platform
  • Support marketing initiatives through marketing process automation (building email programs and landing pages, scoring leads for sales follow-up, and campaign-specific routing) and reporting on program performance (email engagement, new leads, pipeline and revenue generated/influenced)
  • Work with stakeholders to develop framework to A/B test across all touchpoint of the customer journey including the website, nurture flows, emails, social, etc.
  • Drive health of our database through data enrichment, hygiene, and persona segmentation
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data collection and alignment for systems and processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years in marketing automation systems and process design in a B2B industry (SaaS preferred)
  • Knowledge of a B2B marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) / SFDC expert-level
  • Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing best practices to maintain list health, ensure high deliverability, etc.
  • Have experience with analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel,etc..)
  • Analytical approach to decision making to achieve real-time performance optimization
  • Strong time management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, and adjust priorities based on ever changing business needs
  • Preferred: Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategy, segmentation and processes
