Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle and Retention, you will execute new lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within Atom to plan and execute CRM campaigns across all owned marketing channels. We're looking for someone who is customer-centric, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Execute lifecycle & retention campaigns to drive engagement, upsell, and retain users.
• Assist with the development of campaign planning, including creative briefs, calendar management, and working with the creative team to develop assets.
• Manage the marketing operations workflow to ensure campaign launches go live on time and smoothly. 
• Support ongoing testing and segmentation tactics to ensure continued innovation and optimization for engagement and retention.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and trends. Produce and present reports to understand effectiveness.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience required.
• Experience building and executing campaigns using ESP/EAP platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp.
• Understanding of AB/MVT testing.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, particularly in customer segmentation.
• Experience driving paid revenue from a subscription product preferred, specifically online subscription experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with high regard for attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Experience and/or interest in finance is a plus.
