Maven is looking for an execution-and detail-obsessed CRM Associate to support our member communications operations and play a crucial role in our CRM work. You’ll be reporting into our Director of Editorial Content and responsible for building and executing on Maven’s member engagement initiatives via Braze to drive enrollments and usage of our product through channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines is a must, as are strong communication skills.
As a CRM associate at Maven, you will:
- Build and execute on campaign updates and new member-facing campaigns in Braze
- Help manage and build member-communication requests from stakeholders within Maven
- Manage Maven’s email templates and work with our creative team when updates are needed
- Support Maven’s CRM Manager in analyzing CRM performance and looking for opportunities to optimize and improve engagement
- Work closely with client success teams on re-enrollment and re-engagement email initiatives
- Manage ongoing outreach to members via surveys and assessments
- Maintain high quality bar through testing and campaign QA
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 1-2 years of work experience including consumer facing email communications
- A drive for detail-oriented work
- Experience using Braze for email and push
- Understanding of email and push notification best practices to drive product engagement
- Experience working in an environment with multiple completing deadlines
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building and editing HTML emails
