about the role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and self-motivated CRM Coordinator to join the NYC growth marketing team. You will not only coordinate the email, push, and in app message calendar, but will also be responsible for building and managing the deployments. As one of the first people to join the growth marketing team, you’ll get hands-on experience with a developing world class CRM program and direct mentorship from seasoned CRM experts.
what you'll do:
- Manage the CRM send schedule and calendar, coordinating directly with the brand, business intelligence, marketing, and product teams.
- Build and deploy weekly CRM campaigns in Iterable.
- Generate weekly reporting and communicate insights to the brand, business intelligence, marketing, and product teams.
about you:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience with at least 1 year managing CRM.
- Experience at technology companies – at startups is a plus.
- Based in NY or willing to relocate, this is an in-person opportunity in our NYC office.
- Direct experience in CRM platforms – experience with Iterable is a plus.
- Ability to think analytically, using key CRM and business metrics.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Obsessed with being consumer first - understanding user behavior, pop culture, and trends.
