Description
Neverware is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. We want someone talented, driven, and passionate about what they do—capable of taking existing successes and replicating them in both Enterprise/B2B and the K-12 education markets to generate new leads and opportunities month over month while nurturing our existing prospects and customers. You’re excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage technology company and have a meaningful impact on its future and direction. You’ll be a key partner and critical in expanding Neverware’s brand, driving sales and revenue, and contributing to the company’s longevity and success.
Responsibilities
Design and manage marketing campaigns including content creation, segmentation, outreach, tracking/reporting, and budget .
Develop integrated demand programs, mapping themes and content to target audiences throughout the buying cycle in support of our pipeline creation and revenue goals for each of our customer segments and geographies.
Proactively work with the Education and Enterprise sales teams to align goals, execute campaigns, and track pipeline.
Manage, measure, optimize: In partnership with our Operations team, leverage data and analytics from multiple sources to inform demand generation activities and investment strategies to drive lead generation performance, conversion ratios, and accelerate sales results.
Report on the impact of all marketing campaigns and performance.
Plan and execute our digital marketing strategy, including SEO, re-targeting, and paid social platforms (such as LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and Twitter), in conjunction with data flow via Pardot, Salesforce and Domo.
Own the email marketing channel and support the execution of monthly newsletters and drip campaigns to help nurture leads.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
Marketing experience in B2B marketing (preferably software), including specific experience with content marketing, inbound and outbound marketing tactics, A/B testing, and multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
Demonstrated success working on programs and tactics including email, webinars, digital, social, paid, and content partnerships.
Note: Email is currently our primary channel, so email marketing experience is a must.
Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals
Analytically minded: you’re comfortable manipulating data to surface insights as well as tracking and measuring campaign success using platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Domo, etc.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Marketo/similar
Experience with account-based marketing
HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and creative skills
Experience marketing technology products to IT professionals
