About the role

We’re looking for a versatile Programmatic Marketing Manager to join the acquisition team to lead our programmatic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience spending 7-figures acquiring users across platforms and is well-versed in reporting tools. 

 What you'll do

  • Plan, buy and optimize evergreen and tentpole campaign programmatic media
  • Collaborate independently across partner organizations (strategy, creative, analytics) to drive innovative and impactful brand marketing as well as efficient direct response conversion marketing
  • Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across a large variety of platforms and sources
  • Use mobile reporting tools like Adjust and Amplitude to dig into user cohort data and optimize traffic sources to drive higher ROI 
  • Have a direct input into our MarTech strategy being the lead for our DMP execution
  • Partner with the CRM team to launch paid retargeting campaigns, designed to increase the entry fees / user of the existing customer base 

 Who we're looking for

  • A track record working in acquisition for a consumer-facing app or website 
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing landscape, with a focus on the auction models and bidding strategies across all major platforms
  • Familiarity negotiating favorable rates and deal structures with advertising partners 
  • Solid understanding of marketing testing and reporting methodology
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail
