We are hiring an experienced Director, Global Partner Marketing to lead and ramp up efforts on our product and business partnerships and alliances. This will be our first, critical hire so the ideal candidate will be someone who can both build and execute and establish relationships inside and outside the company to leverage our growing global partner ecosystem to drive revenue and deliver value to our customers.


The role requires supporting the teams that manage our global product partnerships and global business partnerships. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Marketing and is located in NYC or U.S. remote.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Corporate Development team, create a centralized plan of all activities with Hyperscience’s global product partners, which includes technology, data and Cloud alliances. Marketing support would include any announcements, sponsorships, joint collaboration and co-marketing opportunities, and other promotional activities as required
  • Work with the Channel Partners team on marketing planning for the top-tier global channel and reseller partners that are critical to Hyperscience’s revenue generation. Build a comprehensive plan working with your key counterparts on the partner side to ensure we are jointly focused on successful outcomes, including ensuring flawless joint-execution and that all results tracked to show ROI. Be thoughtful in prioritizing those campaigns that will drive high quality pipeline, and have a high likelihood to convert to bookings. This requires being guarded with your time and to focus on the big opportunities for Hyperscience
  • Maintain and develop productive relationships with external partners that will help generate mutual business, including fostering relationships with key marketing and comms counterparts.
  • Proactively communicate, educate and drive alignment with the Hyperscience Corporate Development, Channel and Sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities that create and influence pipeline
  • Working with the Growth Marketing team, consistently test, iterate and optimize marketing programs with the goal of improving performance and informing the development of future initiatives. Ensure full alignment
  • Working with our Product Marketing and content teams to develop messaging, positioning and collateral as needed (e.g. joint customer stories, blog posts, repurposing key assets to support partner goals)
  • Coordinate and align with our regional marketing teams. Whilst the regional marketing team’s will support initiatives with local partners, it's important that a regular cadence and communication is established to ensure alignment and no overlap.
  • Be an active part of the marketing team. As a member of the marketing leadership team, you will be a key voice in shaping our overall strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally in a high growth B2B software or SaaS company
  • Solid experience working with global system integrators, product partners (inc Cloud vendors) and global resellers
  • Self-starter who combines a high level of creativity and initiative with strong organizational skills
  • Strategic and tactical. As the first hire, initially you will be solo in this role so it will require being a good planner and executor - and most importantly, being focused on what will deliver the highest returns 
  • Proven ability to track campaign performance
  • A high EQ, natural ability to build rapport with many different people quickly; convey expertise with the humility to accept feedback and others’ points of view in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience of leading a team and ability to hire well
