What You Will Do:

The Director of Growth Marketing and CRM is a true full-stack integrated marketing leader who will develop and execute our acquisition and retention strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and can juggle multiple responsibilities and excels under pressure. They must also be comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility You will be responsible for strategically driving the team forward.

  • Manage digital marketing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels, including Facebook/Instagram, Display, Search, and other marketing platforms
  • Analyze data, identify trends, implement optimizations on a day to day basis across paid marketing channels
  • Manage and track monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing budgets.
  • Ensure that marketing campaign funnels and customer/user behavior flows are tracked accurately for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Track and monitor KPIs through weekly and monthly reports, including how performance is tracking vs. projections
  • Deliver insights and optimization recommendations across multiple channels to identify key growth and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to provide insight to inform creative recommendations
  • Source and identify new marketing opportunities on an always-on basis to support customer acquisition needs
  • Stay on top of industry changes, algorithm updates and their impact on our sites.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a digital marketing role with a focus on direct response
  • Hands on experience managing paid social + digital campaigns, preferably Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords
  • Passion for and knowledge of the overall digital marketing landscape
  • Expert in excel, can manipulate raw data to draw insights via vlookups, pivot tables, graphs, etc.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive learnings and optimizations
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and share results with the team
  • Experience with google analytics, shopify and CRM tools preferred
  • Have acute attention to detail and never-ending curiosity
  • Quick learner and a creative problem solver who believes every situation has an optimal solution
  • Persistent and relentless when it comes to achieving personal and professional goals
