We are the first company to develop clinical grade AI tools for the pathologist, which resulted in our receiving FDA breakthrough designation for our first product. Paige has also received FDA-clearance for our digital viewer, FullFocus™. We have also established multiple relationships with biopharma, laboratory, and equipment manufacturers that enables Paige to develop an ecosystem ready to help patients receive better diagnoses and treatment.

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for upstream and downstream marketing activities. This role requires cross-functional leadership, as you will have to interface with and lead projects across a variety of teams, bridging our technical and product teams with our customers and partners. As a Director of Marketing, you will:

  • Own and manage all functions of Marketing including brand, PR, communications, digital, social, field, and product marketing
  • Develop and drive marketing programs and campaigns that support customer growth and partnering closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering
  • Own and execute our thought leadership, KOL, and conference strategies; especially passionate about virtual events and strategies to succeed in a virtual event landscape
  • Execute on promotional and messaging content that evangelizes the Paige Brand, including collateral, press releases and other marketing campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day interactions our marketing communications/PR firm and set communications strategy
  • Deeply understand customers, users, and market to guide team to the right decisions around marketing investments, messaging/ positioning
  • Own and manage the Paige brand and website
  • Develop our online and social media presence, including SEO and developing areas for thought leadership
  • Own and manage the Marketing budget
  • Working closely with Business Development, Product and Leadership, maintain market intelligence around the digital pathology landscape, players and opportunities

About you:

  • 6-9 years’ experience in a healthcare marketing role (market research, brand marketing, product marketing)
  • 2+ years’ experience in clinical software
  • Ability to learn and understand healthcare, biology and technical concepts quickly
  • Strong writer and content creator with top-notch editing and proofreading skills
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep-dive into marketing data and identify key insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience working in the pathology or laboratory space
  • Understanding of computer vision, machine learning and software as a medical device
