We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to oversee our commodities and securities settlement products. 

As the Director of Product Marketing, you'll get to:

• Build a product marketing program for the securities and commodities settlement teams.
• Work with existing custody director of product marketing to evolve product marketing at Paxos.
• Manage product launches, features (commodities settlement product), product naming
• Manage continued communications about products - across the website, marketing materials, sales materials, etc.
• Conduct customer and competitive research, provide learnings to product and BD/sales

You experience should include:

• Experience leading a product marketing function within a growing business
• Experience working with web designers & developers on creating product websites
• At least 2-3 years experience doing product marketing for highly complex and technical products, such as those in finance, fintech, adtech, health tech, bio tech, etc.
• Ability to partner effectively with product and sales/BD
• Can easily assume leadership of areas that require collaboration with other teams
• Can comfortably and clearly define swim lanes
• Can create alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Extremely high orientation toward detail, process and project management. Can keep a product launch plan on target, drive toward deadlines and keep all involved stakeholders informed.
