About The Role:

As the Product Marketing Lead, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to lead the go-to-market efforts for our deposit origination suite of products that help banks and credit unions open consumer and business accounts faster across any channel. You’ll shape how and when we launch new products and features by being the connecting thread between the product development and marketing teams. Your goal is to inspire and attract MANTL’s target audiences with the right message and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience influencing executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This leader will need to be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing a team. This person understands how to build processes that scale with a fast-growing organization. They must be a flexible, cross-functional team player that is comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of product development lifecycles, go-to-market planning, and the banking industry, including innovation and economic trends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop portfolio-level product strategies for our deposit origination suite of products
  • Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans that support revenue and adoption goals
  • Drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for existing and upcoming products
  • Project manage launches to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing messages
  • Inspire action through data-driven insights and drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Connect the team to the user and end-user to drive customer-centric decisionmaking
  • Execute with operational rigor and efficiency while maintaining a high bar for the quality of our marketing outputs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, strategy consulting, or marketing-related areas
  • Product Marketing experience in the fintech or banking space and demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational, and tactical levels
  • Experience working on complex, technical products and working closely with product and engineering
  • Previous success hiring, managing, and developing a high-performing team
  • Bonus points for B2B software experience
  • Eagerness to work with and in support of diverse communities
