Yext is seeking an organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support its Global Marketing and Growth teams. This person will partner directly with Yext’s Chief Marketing Officer and the SVP of Growth to help manage schedules, travel, expenses, and logistics, assist with communications, and help prioritize time. Additionally, this person will assist with – and at times run point-on – special projects for both organizations. This person has superior organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines, but is also comfortable working independently, juggling multiple high-priority requests, and interfacing with other executives and external partners, and vendors.
What You'll Do
- Execute a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing expense reports, researching and executing travel plans and itineraries, preparing daily/weekly meeting agendas, posting announcements, and coordinating schedules
- Manage Marketing and Growth new hire onboarding programs
- Work with Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable to process vendor contracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate internal and external team meetings, offsites, presentations, and team events
- Support translation workflows (submission of documents to translation platform) for various Marketing & Growth deliverables
- Partner with the Creative team to manage company-wide Swag requests. Includes troubleshooting, warehouse/vendor management, delivery, and coordination
- Support production and coordination of Growth team direct - mailer campaignsAssist with ad-hoc special projects and initiatives depending on the needs of the teams
What You Have
- 2-3 years experience of executive administration and/or project management work experience
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment
- Proactive and self-starting; willing to jump into a variety of projects
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and executives within the company
- Creative, collaborative, and curious
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Comfortable with change, last minute changes and short deadlines
- Excited by a fast-paced work environment
