Our experiences are more than the beautiful tiny cabins nestled in the woods—it’s about disconnecting and living in the present moment. It’s about tuning out the endless noise of society today and listening to the great outdoors. 

Outposts are located within a two-hour drive of major metro cities—far enough to disconnect but close enough for a spontaneous escape. 

The Growth and Affiliate Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day to day strategic development and tactical execution of growth channels, primarily focused on affiliate marketing and facebook. The ideal applicant is someone who works well independently, is capable of handling multiple projects at once, will execute and develop data-driven strategies, and is eager to learn the foundations of growth marketing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop the strategy and handle day to day execution of the affiliate channel and affiliate partnerships 

• Support in daily tactical needs to drive paid channels performance, especially Facebook

• Identify opportunities for and execute on student outreach program

• Weekly reporting utilizing ad channel analytics, Google Analytics, and Looker 

• Support the development of attribution models and utilize customer journey analytics to drive paid strategy optimizations

• Research and support execution of new strategies on existing channels and new channels

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable in small, fast-paced, startup environment. You will wear a lot of hats but also take a lot of ownership

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback and execute accordingly

• Experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive a plus 

• Knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Looker a plus
