Ergatta is the first game-based home fitness software. Our first products to market are the Ergatta Rower and Ergatta Upgrade Package for WaterRower owners.
This role provides a unique opportunity to join a seed stage company during a high-growth period and learn directly from the founders. As the first full-time business-side hire, this role will be exposed to and have the opportunity to learn and own many facets of the business including acquisition and brand marketing across all channels, customer success, inside sales, user research segmentation and analysis, product research and management, business intelligence, and more. As the company and the person grows, so too will the role.
The ideal candidate loves and has demonstrated a capacity to learn as they go, solve problems creatively, and be hard-working, resourceful and scrappy in order to drive results. They are a goal-driven marketer with 1-3 years of experience managing digital campaigns. They thrive on moving quickly in uncertain conditions, wearing many hats, and building something from the ground up.
Experience in Google Analytics and Ads Manager are required, Klaviyo a plus.
Initial Goals and Priorities
Establish and scale best marketing channels for scalable growth; continue to test and optimize existing email and paid social channels
Lead ongoing acquisition campaigns from strategy and testing ideation to design to execution and reporting
Turn existing customers into a passionate base of brand advocates and engaged community members
Manage inside sales channel and determine additional resources needed to drive sales
Manage customer success both proactively and reactively. Independently troubleshoot and solve customer issues and requests efficiently, quickly, and accurately
Continuously improve processes by discovering inefficiencies and taking advantage of opportunities in marketing, customer support, and sales
Owning organic social media presence on all relevant channels
Analyze customer usage data to distill trends, identify potential opportunities or problems, and inform product development
Be prepared to take on additional analysis, projects, and initiatives as they arise

Hard-working and self-starting. You'll wear many hats and will need to be able to consistently deliver on multiple workstreams
