Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will lead Atom’s partner marketing program. You will define the strategic direction of the program by scaling and optimizing the existing affiliate program while also exploring opportunities to expand beyond typical implementations, including but not limited to co-marketing, sponsorships, newsletters, incentivized traffic, and influencers. This is a unique opportunity that combines both performance and partner marketing disciplines.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for end-to-end program management, including recruiting, contracting, onboarding, tracking, optimization, forecasting, and automation.
  • Establish long-term effective relationships with key publishers/partners (both direct and network).
  • Explore, conceptualize, and execute creative, out-of-the-box partnerships.
  • Systematically manage and maintain the partner pipeline by generating, sizing, qualifying, and closing leads.
  • Partner with Growth and Data teams to prevent fraud or PPC conflict.
  • Partner with Growth and Creative teams to generate content and creative assets for campaigns.
  • Stay on top of the industry/market landscape to ensure best practices are followed and new technologies are evaluated.
  • Stay on top of the peer/competitive landscape to ensure complete and differentiated coverage of partners.
  • Responsible for defining, reporting, and acting on KPIs.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate, partner marketing, or influencer marketing
  • Expertise with partner management platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, etc
  • Established network within the affiliate marketing industry a plus
  • Account management experience is a plus
  • Prior experience with digital consumer subscription software services preferred
  • Financial markets and fintech knowledge a plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a lean team
