Position Overview:

As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Search Marketing, supporting execution and management of paid and organic initiatives across multiple digital channels including SEM, SEO, social, and display. The ideal Growth Marketing Associate will adopt an iterative, data-driven approach to digital marketing and is comfortable testing new strategies through a series of incremental, logical tests.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid search campaigns spanning across the full consumer journey from awareness to activation
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery and identify opportunities for expansion and growth
• Develop campaign components including keyword/audience targets, copywriting, and landing page selection
• Support technical site audits and provide keyword insights to creative teams for content development
• Track and monitor search KPIs using both internal data and external tools to measure efficacy of organic initiatives
• Provide support for experimenting and testing into new digital channels such as Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years in a data-centric role such as finance, consulting, or ecommerce marketing
• Experience with SEM, SEO, and/or paid social a plus
• Must be highly analytical, results-driven, and detailed-oriented with the ability to form a narrative from campaign results
• Strong Excel and/or SQL skills or the ability and willingness to learn as it pertains to the position
• HTML, CSS and/or Javascript knowledge a plus
• Experience with web analytic technologies and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console a plus
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, passionate spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement
• A self-starter with a willingness to take a proactive approach and drive projects to completion
