Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
About the role:
HUMAN’s Global Demand Generation team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our end-to-end campaign strategy and revenue engine. In coordination with Email Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Content and Brand, this person will orchestrate full-funnel digital experiences. You will get to influence all aspects of the buyer’s journey by building and optimizing experiences on and off humansecurity.com to drive interest and preference for our products, and faster sales cycles. This critical role will drive the implementation of our digital go-to-market strategy and will report into the Director of Growth Marketing.
Who you are:
- You are a full-stack marketer with deep experience in sophisticated B2B buying/selling cycles.
- You have deep experience to systematically and incrementally grow demand.
- You understand how to coordinate a mix of digital touchpoints and messaging to drive engagement.
- You have a strong background in paid media and an understanding of how various channels - both paid and organic - work in concert to surface appropriate messaging to key segments.
- You not only rely on your tried-and-true strategies and methods but are always operating in test-and-learn mode to identify new opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Research and develop paid media plans that build audience affinity, drive customer engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth
- Ensure that paid media programs are run to outlined specifications
- Execute website updates, including copy, image, and light net-new page creation
- Manage website personalization and testing calendar as well as execution and optimization
- Collaborate with Email Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and audience segmentation across all digital channels
- Assist with marketing automation workflows as needed
- Learn and understand product marketing positioning to help surface our message appropriately and clearly in the digital marketplace
- Leverage learnings from our organic channels to optimize paid channel performance
- Align with Senior Marketing Effectiveness Analyst to ensure infrastructure is in place to optimize paid campaigns and to tell the data story
- Manage paid media campaigns in-platform (paid social, SEM, display, etc.) where needed
- Interface with our design team, consulting agency, and production agency to ensure timely development and launch of digital assets
- Maintain accuracy of paid media budget tracker and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Bringing your expertise to the table to help us to innovate and to optimize our digital presence
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience building and running high-performing growth marketing strategies and demand programs
- Expertise across paid media channels, including paid social, SEM, content syndication, etc.
- Strong understanding of segmentation and audience-message alignment
- Expert campaign management within Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major paid digital platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Expertise building acquisition programs that yield ICP and target persona-aligned leads
- Ability to work efficiently with a broad spectrum of internal partners and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to efficiently present sophisticated information in a digestible format
- Cybersecurity and start-up experience are huge pluses
