About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Manager that will oversee multi-functional efforts to drive user acquisition and growth efforts. Driving sustainable user and economic growth across our platform, you will make a tangible impact across the business. Working in partnership with product, creative, engineering, media and analytics this role is responsible for holistic ownership of growth; a sophisticated management of user qualification, on-boarding, retention, and LTV projection is expected in addition to traditional customer acquisition activity. This is a highly visible role that interacts with the senior leadership team.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for delivering profitable new customer growth to FanDuel sportsbook and Betfair casino
  • Build & own a referral program that motivates existing base to engage with peers
  • Develop a compelling offer strategy that keeps our acquisition proposition fresh and enticing to the market
  • Manage a a/b testing roadmap of acquisition initiatives
  • Optimize the registration funnel to create a seamless onboarding experience for the customer
  • Work closely with media teams to ensure demand is generated within the market
  • Fully understand the competitive set and benchmark our offering accordingly
  • Develop strategies to cross sell to & from our other verticals

 Who we're looking for

  • Track record in a fast paced online industry
  • Strong understanding of how customer acquisition impacts business profitability and growth
  • Previous experience working with or in product and marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset; very comfortable manipulating data and delivering actionable insights
  • Proven track record of successfully driving projects from inception through to completio
  • Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
