We are growing our world-class marketing team and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team based in New York City. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Design, build and optimize large scale global user acquisition campaigns. 
• Take full ownership of a media channel(s), develop its mid-to-long term strategy and identify new opportunities to drive user growth. 
• Own marketing attribution, reporting, analytics and forecasting for your channel(s). 
• Monitor, optimize and report advertising performance on an ongoing basis. 
• Identify the highest impact testing opportunities, prioritize, execute and communicate results to the team. 
• Manage budgets and resources. 

WHO YOU ARE 

• Required: 4+ years experience managing high-volume performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills – you possess an unmatched command over spreadsheets. 
• Experience buying digital media via Facebook or Google preferred.
• Preferred: Experience managing performance marketing campaigns in other channels including: influencer marketing, podcast, affiliate, paid referral and others.  
• A problem solver – if you don’t know something you’ll figure it out, be it an attribution challenge, data discrepancy or event tracking issue. 
• Self driven and able to work independently with minimal oversight. 
• Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written and graphic. 
• Genuinely interested in advertising, tech and music. 
• You are eligible to work and live in the United States.
