Head of Digital Marketing

Role Description

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own the successful execution across all performance channels (display, search, podcast ads, social etc). You will play a key role in creating awareness and optimizing the customer journey holistically.

You should be accustomed to managing and optimizing campaign and channel strategies, translating strategy into concrete plans with vendors and internal partners, and executing those plans to reach mParticle customers around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for crafting digital media strategy and planning, from campaign set-up and execution to reporting and optimization, including tracking pixels for reporting and retargeting purposes.
  • Execute digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to paid search, display, retargeting, social partners, content discovery networks, and sponsored content. 
  • Manage external vendors and technologies effectively; maximizing service/offerings and ROI.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with media partners. 
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and forecasts that accurately and appropriately measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis. 
  • Partner with marketing team members to develop integrated efforts across channels, such as product launches.

Requirements:

  • Highly analytical and creative approach to digital media
  • No cookie cutter strategies.
  • Experience marketing products and services to technical buyers
  • 5+ years directly managing paid media accounts on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, etc
  • Experience buying podcast ads
  • Deep proficiency in the ad tech and marketing tech ecosystems.
  • BA/BS from a top tier university
