Head of US Marketing

We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
The Growth team is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed, creatively and efficiently.
We are looking for a talented Head of Marketing in NYC or San Francisco!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead the US marketing team and own all activities across brand and performance marketing.
- Design, develop and manage performance marketing across all channels including (but not limited to) performance marketing, email, social, affiliate partners.
- Design, develop and manage brand strategy, planning & execution to educate potential users and drive brand awareness in the US market.
- Build out an events calendar and community strategy to build direct connection with targeted communities.
- Maximize the ROI of marketing channels and utilize resources efficiently.
- Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with the department and company’s KPIs (cost per metric, ROI, acquisition/retention)
- Establish a budget and allocate a proper and relevant spending regime for appropriate growth models.
- Identify new, innovative ways for us to grow!
WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience, with a diverse background of brand and performance marketing know-how.
- Advanced analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions; quantitative approach to problem solving and marketing.
- Relevant experience in a high growth environment
- Passion for creativity and know how to think outside the box to optimize growth opportunities for the company.
- History of designing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance.
- SQL skills are are a plus
