- Build a robust affiliate program experiment roadmap, with a keen ability to map out test opportunities, required budget, measurement methodologies, and contingencies
- Work in close coordination with Ro’s Medical and Legal teams to ensure that affiliate partner strategies conform tightly to legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate closely with Ro Marketing and Comms team to ensure affiliate partner strategies align with prevailing audience, messaging, and positioning strategies
- Analyze campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc) to improve performance and scale the program
- Layout specific technology needs to support the growth of affiliate program (i.e, specific tracking platforms) and work closely with Tech, Product, and Data teams to implement all necessary tools
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of affiliate program management in a direct-response environment, either working in house at an e-commerce or D2C business, or for a similar type of client at an agency or as a marketing service provider
- Experience establishing affiliate marketing partnerships and managing ongoing campaigns across a variety of partners
