TodayTix is seeking a Marketing Associate to play a key executional role across our North American marketing program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will be empowered to dive in, get hands-on, and make a real impact with marketing channels including email/CRM, social media, content, and events marketing.
Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of brand strategies, insights and the messaging framework, communicating a compelling value proposition for current and prospective users in line with the global strategy
• Write copy and build emails and push notifications for all of our North American markets
• Maintain various in-app promotional channels across all North American markets
• Assist in social media community management and content creation
• Play a key role in the concepting and management of multi-channel campaigns using digital, social, email, push, print, and any other relevant forms of promotion
• Provide on-the-ground support as needed for on-site activations and events

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of full-time, non-internship experience in a marketing role
• Impeccable copywriting skills and creativity, and a keen grasp of how to communicate in brand voice
• A strong understanding of the cultural landscape, preferably with deep knowledge of theater or the theater industry
• Experience executing cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Exceptional relationship management skills, including internal stakeholder management, external collaboration, and a proven ability to successfully manage up
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent

Experience with Wordpress, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Photoshop, and HTML/CSS is desirable but not essential.
 

Experience or interest in the performing arts, entertainment, or theater industries a big plus.
