Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who will focus on customer acquisition and retention across multiple teams, and conceptualize campaigns that advance our marketing objectives.
You are:
A professional with extensive knowledge and proficiency in Marketo or Hubspot. You have 2-3 years of Marketing Operations experience as well as being proficient in Salesforce.com. You’re comfortable collaborating across multiple teams throughout an organization, can maintain tight project deadlines, analyze data to drive decisions, and optimize campaigns based on identified company goals and associated milestones.
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will:
- Use your extensive knowledge and proficiency in Marketo/Hubspot to create and manage workflows and email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action etc, within the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Handle marketing & automation sequences.
- Implement targeted and effective content for a host of different communication requirements.
- Take control of database management and scorecard reporting.
- Segment lead lists based on behaviors like past engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- Measure results and benchmarking to optimize lead nurturing workflows for practice areas to convert leads into customers.
- Adhere to marketing opt-out regulations, GDPR and unsubscribe suppression lists.
- Analyze campaign performance using your knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with sales/AM teams on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to determine campaign results and future action plans.
