About the role

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help drive our customer retention and marketing initiatives on the CRM team. You will be critical to the success of the marketing campaigns to our existing players for our DFS and Sportsbook products. The person in this role will be responsible for supplying marketing coverage for the DFS and Sportsbook brand during non-traditional business hours.

You will support the creation and execution of FanDuel’s CRM campaigns across the email, mobile and onsite channels. You will work closely with the CRM team Marketing Specialists and Senior Manager, CRM and Retention, supporting CRM team operations.

 What you’ll do

  • Support 3 Marketing Specialists in scaling CRM initiatives through assisting with campaign creation, QA and deployment
  • Send emails, push notifications and user issue communications on Saturdays, Sundays and high volume evenings during the week (Mondays and Thursdays)
  • Update landing pages and site assets during staffed hours
  • Assist with monitoring and executing the reward fulfillment schedule during staffed hours
  • Liaise with DFS Customer Support team around issues with campaigns
  • Become proficient with our campaign execution platforms

  • You are willing to work non-traditional business hours, weekends and evenings

Required

  • Basic knowledge of the FanDuel product
  • Willingness and flexibility to work non-traditional business hours
  • Self-starting attitude 

Nice to Have

  • Basic familiarity with an ESP, mobile push provider and HTML
  • Awareness of marketing concepts and metrics for email (open rates, click rates, subject lines, CTAs, etc.)
