As a Partner Experience Associate, you will be in a highly cross-functional role liaising between Marketing and Partner Success. You will work closely with the Partnership Managers and marketing team to ensure that each partner is serviced with an appropriate marketing plan and resourcing while keeping in mind key metrics, strategic initiatives, and ROI. As a Partner Experience Associate, you will see the impact of your efforts in real time and be in the unique position to interface with our business partners and end-users alike. 

What you will do:

  • Be the voice of our clients by conducting user research through various outreach like surveys and email marketing.
  • Manage and create timelines, workstreams, and deliverables for a wide breadth of marketing projects. 
  • Maintain our Partner Newsletter. This means curating news, writing content, and disseminating emails via our CMS tool on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate between the Studio, Content, and Communications teams to ensure that partners are covered with press strategies and any one-off campaign assets.
  • Keep internal resources up to date and accurate - like Maven (DailyPay’s Wiki) and sales-enablement materials.
  • Responsible for ensuring all employee benefit communication is on-brand and compliant.
  • Be prepared to make lemonade. :) You will often work on initiatives that are first of their kind and therefore be expected to take ideas all the way from inception to measurement and reporting.

What you bring to the role: 

  • You have 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • You must have have extreme attention to detail, be highly organized, and be an expert at prioritization and time management
  • You are a rockstar project manager and have experience working in different project management programs like Trello, Asana and Jira
  • You are analytical and a critical thinker
  • You are a great communicator - verbal and written
  • You like to have your hands in multiple projects, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are a team player and put the partners and clients first

Bonus points if:

  • You are Bilingual
  • You have experience using Adobe Suite 
  • Microsoft Excel/G-suite whiz 
  • You have powerpoint/presentation skills
  • You have email marketing and event marketing experience
