The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing shopping & search campaigns.  This individual will define, execute, and monitor product search marketing programs across multiple marketplaces.

The ideal candidate brings energy, teamwork, and technical savvy and has Google Shopping Ads experience (Google Ads Certified preferred).  This candidate is able to effectively build, manage and optimize Shopping and some keyword PPC campaigns across Google, Bing and other engines as needed to generate maximum ROAS while continually scaling spend. Their inquisitive nature drives them to continually tinker with ad technology and feed attributes to optimize program delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops programs for shopping, search and product feed optimization
  • Hands-on management and ongoing optimization of existing shopping campaign components including, but not limited to – product feed content and delivery, promotional planning, ad copy, bidding, cost per conversion, cost per click and keyword research.
  • Works closely with engineering for APIs, troubleshooting, evaluating tests & experiments, & improvements
  • Aligns with site promotion calendar to enhance appeal and drive urgency through search copy and promotional tools available through engines
  • Actively manages keyword bids to meet customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer long term value (LTV) and return on spend (ROAS) objectives
  • Proficiency and ownership over feed management as it relates to search engine marketing and product listing ad, including feed hosting platforms, updates, troubleshooting and ongoing feed audits
  • Designates and optimizes landing pages and tracking URLs
  • Researches industry trends and analyze competitor data
  • Presents shopping ads and product feed optimization recommendations to manager and leadership
  • Creative with strategies and discovers unique angles and approaches in order to generate more traffic and conversions for market places
  • Flexes in as needed to support other acquisition marketing channels

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a search marketing role, managing comparison shopping, paid search and shopping campaigns
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and optimization
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, IBM); Google Analytics certifications a plus
