About the role:

As the Marketing Manager leading our communications, you will be responsible for telling Managed by Q’s story to help grow our brand and scale our business. Focused on both client and lead engagement, you will create and disseminate messaging across multiple channels, including email, social media, our website, blog, and sales enablement collateral. Passionate about crafting the perfect message that will attract and convert, you will test and iterate to drive results. You will own our end-to-end email marketing and social media marketing strategy, from planning and execution to performance tracking. Partnering with our leadership team and Content Marketing Manager, you will help share the company vision and articulate our industry expertise.

About you:

  • You’re quick on your feet and can create clever, compelling copy effortlessly
  • You’re a natural storyteller; you love writing and content development
  • You have a customer-oriented approach to growth and want to deliver a great user and brand experience
  • You have exceptional time management skills and can manage multiple deadline-driven projects
  • You want to understand the impact of your work and are looking to join a growth-driven marketing team

Responsibilities:

  • Own the email marketing program, including client and lead nurture workflows, promotional campaigns, product updates, and more.
  • Develop and execute against a social media strategy focused on driving greater brand awareness in our active markets.
  • Collaborate with our executive, product, growth, and operations teams to uncover creative stories that highlight customer success and our expertise.
  • Write website copy that is consistent with our brand messaging that prioritizes ranking for SEO.
  • Create sales enablement collateral that arms the growth team with compelling messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to engage clients and prospects along their buyer journey, iterate to optimize for conversion, and provide strategic recommendations based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in marketing or communications, B2B preferred
  • Exceptional written communication skills and an unsurpassed attention-to-detail
  • Prior experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation software
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
  • Well-versed in email list segmentation and best practices, as well as social media trends
