About the role
The Marketing Operations Manager role is responsible for planning, optimizing and orchestrating campaigns within Hubspot that drive demand and growth of Rokt’s products. This role involves coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales ops, and brand, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
Responsibilities
Overall, the goal of Marketing Operations at Rokt is to support the growth and success of the company's products and services by developing and executing effective marketing programs, automation and campaigns that scale. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, analytical skills and technical expertise, as well as a strong ability to collaborate and communicate across teams.
- Manage the measurement and optimization of marketing efforts including multi-touch campaigns, events, landing pages, and more
- Lead the marketing operations team, mentoring and training them to execute marketing automation at scale
- Coordinating and collaborating with sales, sales enablement, product & brand to automate processes and reporting for better marketing
- Analyzing and report on marketing campaigns using insights for future planning
- Partner with go-to-market teams to optimize ABM, nurturing, and scoring systems to improve quality of marketing efforts
- Use platforms like Tableau, Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc. to analyze performance and create dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support CRM (HubSpot) cleanliness to empower the marketing team to action and report on activities’ revenue implications
- Drive Rokt’s marketing automation strategy, and continuously test and optimize workflows to hit ambitious KPIs
- Identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role required
- Ability to be an individual contributor and technical leader, managing strategy and execution
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of utilizing Hubspot as primary CRM
- You are data-obsessed; you love turning data into actionable and useful insights
- Demonstrates superior organizational and communication skills with technical expertise
- Portray a keen interest and ability to push the boundaries by constantly looking for opportunities to improve deliverables, experiences, and desired outcomes
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while working with tight deadlines
- Possess exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional team and guide it towards a unified objective and with a unified vision
- Comfortable with change in a fast paced environment for a tech startup
Preferred Skills
- Tableau experience with SQL a plus
- Hubspot certified
- Experience with a B2B software company a plus
- IPO/ Pre IPO readiness experience

Compensation: $147,500 - $170,000/year + equity + (great) benefits!
