About the role
Radar is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help us build the foundation for continued growth through scalable marketing automation and operations best practices. You’ll develop and optimize workflows, technologies, and data reporting that enables best-in-class account-based marketing.
As our first Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll get the chance to have lots of autonomy and impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating marketing productivity and building our marketing ops function.
You will report to our VP of Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Build scalable processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency across the marketing function
- Define and manage the marketing lead life cycle and update reporting cadences
- Create and execute Hubspot campaigns, landing pages, and nurture emails to ensure no lead is left behind
- Develop processes to improve data hygiene and integrity and work closely with Revenue Ops to improve gaps in data health
- Evaluate and optimize our MarTech stack to support our GTM teams as we scale
- Ensure our marketing and sales tech stacks work together perfectly to enhance customer journeys and lead flows
- Monitor and report core marketing metrics including lead counts and costs per lead/opportunity
- Be the subject-matter expert for campaign programing, leads management and sales enablement best practices
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Ops role at a B2B tech company
- Proven ability leveraging MarTech stacks, third party tools and data to optimize campaign performance for leads generation and new opportunities
- Demonstrated history improving operational efficiencies by evaluating processes and campaign metrics and translating findings into actionable insights
- Track record of administering marketing systems and managing requests, updates and configurations that improve adoption and enablement
- Deep understanding and expertise in Hubspot
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Problem solver mentality, with the tendency to proactively anticipate questions and resolve roadblocks to improve operations
- Certifications in Hubspot and Salesforce, a strong plus
